# GP027 front-end amendments

The original credited GLB and three compiled LOD buffers remain unchanged. The existing CREDITS.md remains applicable.

This pass removes the separately authored flat lower-bumper sheet, honeycomb overlay and unsupported rally/armor nose overlays from the licensed Mk IV body. Street and Cup use new restrained lower lips following 49 measured stations on the original lower bumper at local y=0.077 m. Cup projection is only 28 mm deeper at the center than Street; both taper back into the stock corners. Neither lip uses flat end plates or covers the stock headlamps/grille.

At load time only the existing front lens triangles are split out of the dark body-glass batch and rendered with a clear optical material. Their surfaces are offset 2 mm forward to avoid coplanar flicker; no external round lamps are added. Window and rear-light batches are not reclassified. Forward-light origins now match the imported Mk IV headlamp height. Other vehicles retain their original origins.

These are project modifications, not model-author originals, and not a claim of a manufacturer-certified or exact owner aftermarket kit.

A dark internal intake core follows the same contour 115 mm behind it. This closes sight lines through the factory openings without laying a sheet across the outside of the bumper.
